In a heated room (40–46 degrees Celsius), you'll move through a series of yoga, barre, or mat Pilates poses that are designed to challenge and invigorate your body. The heat helps to loosen muscles and joints, making it easier to perform the poses. It also helps to increase your heart rate and blood flow, which can lead to improved cardiovascular health.
A low-impact, high-intensity workout that uses a machine called a reformer to help you improve your flexibility, strength, and core stability. The reformer is a padded carriage that slides on a frame, and it's used to perform a variety of exercises that target all of the major muscle groups in your body.
