Can I join your classes if I identify as a male?

The gentlemen are always welcomed to grab a drink at our cafe located right outside of our workout area. However, we regret to inform that all of our classes are designed for cisgender FEMALE ONLY. We set this this restriction because we want to ensure our attendees are at the most comfortable with their mind and body when working out. We kindly ask that you do NOT sign up to any of our classes and memberships if you are a male (but come hang out at our cafe and meet new friends!).

What is included in the unlimited studio access?

You can book any and all the scheduled classes that you want, or enter the studio at any time during our operational hours and use the facilities on a first-come-first-served basis. The only rule is that you cannot share your pass to another person.

Do I need to bring anything to my class?

You are required to wear socks or grip socks during our classes. Grip socks are sold in our studio. Bring along a water bottle and wear workout clothes that'll allow you to move comfortably.

Are there any amenities within the studio?

Changing rooms and shower facilities are available. Please bring your own towels. Toilets and changing rooms are also available at our studio.

I have injured my body prior to class, can I still attend?

We recommend that you get the all-clear from your doctor or healthcare practitioner before attending any of our classes. Alternatively, we have private classes available to help you address any ailments that you may have. Email us at support@sundaypilates.info and we'll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.

What language do you use in your classes?

All of our classes are conducted in English at the moment.

Is there parking available?

Valet and ticket-parking in multi-level/basement are available on premise.

Studio Policy

How long is your booking window for classes?

Our booking window opens 14 days in advance and closes 8 hours before class starts. We advise you to plan and book your classes ahead to avoid any disappointments.

How can I bring my friend to a Sunday class for free?

Your subscription to a Full-time Unlimited plan entitles you to bring one of your female friends to our group classes for free, on every Sunday, as long as you are subscribed.

Your friend will need to register an account with us if she has not done so before.

All you need to do is to book a class and send us the details of your friend, and we will sort the rest out for you. To avoid any disappointments, we kindly ask that you get in touch with us before making such arrangements to ensure that there are available slots for you and your friend. It is advised that you plan ahead for such matter.

What is your subscription termination policy?

Our termination policy allows you to terminate your membership subscription with us any time you want. Should you choose to do so, please get in touch with a request for termination. When you terminate, you will lose all access to our studio effective immediately. Your registration fee will not be refunded.

How does the enrollment fee work?

Your enrollment fee is used to offset the final month's fee in your selected plan. This will only be effective if you do not terminate in the middle of your plan's duration.

What is your cancellation and no-show policy?

Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel out of class 8 hours before class starts.

For Membership Subscribers:
As a valued member, you have the flexibility to late cancel classes up to two times per month without incurring any penalties. However, starting from the third late cancellation, a fee of RM30 will be charged. Additionally, a no-show fee of RM60 will apply from the first instance. Please note that this policy applies exclusively to our membership subscribers, giving you a bit more leeway with your scheduling.

For Trial Pass and Non-Membership Packages:
For those on trial passes (such as the New to Sunday: 3 Days Unlimited) and all non-membership packages, the late cancellation fee of RM30 and the no-show fee of RM60 will be applicable from the first instance.

For private classes, please contact your instructor directly.

What happens if I'm late to my class?

Please arrive for class 10 minutes prior to its start. For group classes, you will not be permitted to enter 10 minutes after class starts and a class credit will be deducted.

I'm on the waitlist for a specific class, do I need to do anything next?

You will automatically be enrolled into the class if a spot opens up more than 8 hours prior to the start of class. Check your email for a confirmation from Sunday Pilates.

Can I freeze or extend my membership and credits?

We only allow one (1) freeze request per membership subscription cycle. This applies to all 4-month and 12-month memberships. You can freeze your subscription for up to a maximum duration of 1 month. Should you choose to do so, please inform us through WhatsApp.

Unfortunately, class credits are not eligible for freezing or extension.

Can I transfer my membership or pass to other?

All purchases and memberships are strictly for individual use only and are non-transferable. Sharing or transferring memberships to others is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy may result in the immediate termination of your membership without a refund.

Payment Deadline

Monthly memberships will be terminated if payment is not received within 3 days of the due date.

Reactivation Fee

To resume a membership without losing the deposit, a reactivation fee of RM 50 must be paid within 10 days of the payment due date.
