Sunday is a female-only fitness studio for those who are slightly uncomfortable working out in the presence of an opposite gender. We currently offer memberships subscription, credit passes, and private sessions for our clients.
Whatever your abilities, passions, ailments or age; whether you are a Pilates veteran, or new on your journey; if you are searching for a complimentary strength training program or for a little peace and quiet ‘you time’ - come in and join us, we’d love to have you.
A room with heaters that can be turned on when the class calls for it (40–46 degrees Celsius). You'll move through a series of yoga, barre, or mat Pilates poses that are designed to challenge and invigorate your body. The heat helps to loosen muscles and joints, making it easier to perform the poses. It also helps to increase your heart rate and blood flow, which can lead to improved cardiovascular health.
A room for low-impact, high-intensity workout that uses a machine called a reformer to help you improve your flexibility, strength, and core stability. The reformer is a padded carriage that slides on a frame, and it's used to perform a variety of exercises that target all of the major muscle groups in your body.
